Color Coding your Digital Folders
I am an aesthetics nerd.
For the first Clutter to Clarity tip, I am sharing my love of color coding, but not just color coding your calendar (which I highly recommend), but color coding your digital file folders.
Gone are the days of the bland yellow digital folders thanks to CustomFolder by GDZ Software.
Having so many digital folders that all look the same, I always found it hard to find the documents I’m looking for and I just get overwhelmed. CustomFolder allows you to customize folders with icons, emblems, and ANY color your heart desires. Please read the user guide to see the full features. There are other color coding apps out there, but I’ve been using CustomFolder for a year now and have no issues and love that I can use images and any color known to humanity. For an example: red is the color I use to identify my finances and budget. I use red on my calendar, and all my financial digital folders are identified with the same red color. There are no ads, no banners, and no viruses. It is free for personal & commercial use, but you can make a donation. Checkout GDZ software at www.gdzsoft.com, or on Instagram at @gdzsoftware.
